Vietnamese Portland

Portland, Oregon has the 12th largest Vietnamese American population in the U.S., with the metro area housing near 30 thousand. Yet the complex history of this community has been largely overlooked in wider narratives of the city. "Vietnamese Portland” hopes to change this by documenting the stories of Portland’s Vietnamese Americans. This 5-part podcast series is produced through Lewis & Clark College, partnered with the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO).
